Autism is a complex developmental disability that typically appears during the first three years of life and the Doctors and Scientists feel Autism is the result of a neurological disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain or some say it could be because of vaccinations the children get when they are babies, or the environment, which impacts development in the areas of social interaction and communication skills. Kids with autism typically show difficulties in communication, social interactions, and behaviour problems. Getting the diagnosis of Autism for your child can be a very difficult period, for the families. Perhaps the most important step after the diagnosis is to begin Early Intervention therapy as soon as possible. Autism has a vast spectrum and it affects each person differently and at various degrees this is why early diagnosis is so crucial.
